JOB DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS

Our Project Managers work with both retail sales as well as storm damage and repair projects. While specific duties will vary on a day-to-day basis, the scope of work includes the following:

• Contact provided leads and turn potential customers into sales
• Guide customers through the insurance claim or retail sale process with a constant focus on service and satisfaction
• Work closely with customers during materials selection process to clearly inform and assist in decision-making
• Meet with insurance adjuster for inspection and communicate results of appointment to customer
• Collect insurance scope sheet from homeowner/insurance company and review for accuracy
• Discuss estimates with customers, and answer any questions/concerns to ensure clear understanding
• Collect signed contract and down payment from customer
• Put together material order and hand off to operations manager for scheduling
• Meet crew on-site to review project's scope of work
• Oversee job through completion, checking in with crew lead throughout workday
• Perform final walk-through with crew lead upon project completion
• Perform final walk-through with customer to make sure their satisfied with completed work
• Collect final payment upon project completion and customer approval
• Return remaining materials
• Hand in completed job folder with all necessary paperwork and photos of job
